MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R 467 (E) on Monday, 1st July, 2019 has issued Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2019 to amend the Nidhi Rules, 2014 wherein; various rules have been amended and inserted and also Form NDH-4 for filing application for declaration as Nidhi Company and for updation of status by Nidhis has been inserted.
The said Rules shall come into force w.e.f. 15th August, 2019.
