MCA Vide Notification No. GSR.804(E) on 22nd October, 2019 issued Companies (Appointment & Qualification of Directors), Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019 which will come into force from 1st December, 2019 to further amend Companies (Appointment & Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 wherein:-
Rule 6- Compliances required by a person eligible and willing to be appointed as an independent director, is substituted.
