MCA vide Office Order on Thursday, 22nd June, 2017, stated that as Goods and Service Tax (GST) would be rolled out w.e.f. 1st July, 2017, Ministry has set up ‘GST Facilitation Cell’ under Economic Advisor, Ministry of Corporate Affairs to provide all possible support in the matter.
It is requested to all Stakeholders, Professional Institutes and Industry Associations to kindly take note of it and refer the Cell for further assistance.
