MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R. 357 (E) dated on Friday, 10th May, 2019 has issued Companies (Incorporation) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 wherein;
- Rule 8 – Names which resemble too nearly with name of existing company;
- Rule 8A – Undesirable names and;
- Rule 8B- Word or expression which can be used only after obtaining previous approval of Central Government
shall be substituted.
