MCA vide Notification No-G.S.R ____ (E) on Wednesday, 8th May, 2019 has issued Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016 wherein;
- In Rule 4, in sub-rule (1), fee for filing form STK-2 shall be increased to Rs. 10,000 and, provisos to the same shall be substituted.
- In sub-rule (3), in clause (ii), after the words, “statement of accounts” the words, letters and figures “in Form No. STK-8” shall be inserted’
- In the Annexure, in Form No. STK-4, in serial Number 2, after clause vii, clause viii shall be inserted
- After Form No. STK -7, Form STK-8 shall be inserted.
The said Notification shall be effective from 10th May, 2019.
