MCA vide Notification no. G.S.R. __ (E) on Monday, 04th December, 2017 issued the Companies (Filing of documents and forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Second Amendment Rules, 2017. The Notification shall come into force w.e.f date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Notification amends the annexure as given in the principal rules – Companies (Filing of documents and forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2015.
