MCA Vide its Notification No. G.S.R.__(E) on Wednesday ,21st March, 2018, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 132 of Companies Act,2013, has issued The National Financial Reporting Authority( Manner of Appointment and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules,2018.
