MCA vide notification no. G.S.R_____(E) on Friday, 26th January, 2018 have issued Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Amendment Rules, 2018 by amending Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 to include changes regarding the DIN application process by proposed Directors in case of existing or new Company.
