MCA vide Notification No. S.O. 5458(E) dated 26.10.2018 has established office of the Registrar of Companies cum Official Liquidator at Dehradun, having territorial jurisdiction in the whole State of Uttarakhand for discharging the functions of the Registrar of Companies under the various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and appoints the Registrar of Companies cum Official Liquidator at Dehradun for the purpose of registration of companies and discharging the functions under the Companies Act, 2013 in the State of Uttarakhand and which shall come into force with effect from 29.10.2018.
