MCA vide Notification No. S.O. 5457(E) on Friday, 26th October, 2018 has established office of the Registrar of Companies at Vijayawada, having territorial jurisdiction in the whole State of Andhra Pradesh for discharging the functions of the Registrar of Companies under the various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and appoints the Registrar of Companies, Vijayawada as Registrar of Companies for the purpose of registration of companies and discharging the functions under the Companies Act, 2013 in the State of Andhra Pradesh and which shall come into force with effect from 29.10.2018.
