In continuation to Circular No. 03/2016 dt. 12.04.2016 and General Circular No.06/2016 dt. 16.05.2016, MCA vide Circular No. 07/2016 on Tuesday, the 31st May, 2016, has decided to extend the period for relaxation of additional fee payable on e-forms which are due for filing by Companies between 25/03/2016 upto 30/06/2016 and also extend the last date for filing such documents without additional filing fees up to 10.07.2016.
Further, time for filing Annual Return by LLPs has been extended in respect of Financial Year ended on 31/03/2016 upto 30/06/2016 without additional filing fees.
