NCLT order no. 10/63/2016 dated 09.09.2016 in suppression of all earlier orders, NCLT informed that September 13, 2016 will be a holiday for all NCLT Benches on account of Id-ul-Zuha in addition to a holiday on September 12, 2016. Therefore, the cases fixed for 13^th September will be taken up on Saturday, 17^th September which shall be working day for all the Benches.

Further, the Registry & Administrative offices of all Benches shall remain open on 12^th & 17^th September, 2016.
