In continuation of order dt. 29.07.2016, NCLT vide order no. 25/2/2016 dt. 22.11.2016, following changes/additions with regard to delegation of Functions of Registrar have been declared by the Hon’ble President :
At Chennai Bench Mukesh Kumar, Deputy Director is replaced by Sh. G. Jagannath, Deputy Registrar. There are no changes in Delegation of Functions of the Registrar.
Also, Link Officers are appointed for Bengaluru, Chennai, Chandigarh & Mumbai Bench mentioned as under, who will dispose of all the functions of Registrar in absence of In-charge Registrar. The Link Officers of remaining benches will be notified in due course.
