RBI vide Notification No.FEMA.383/2017-RB on Tuesday, January 10, 2016 notified Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 which shall come into force from the date of publication in Official Gazette. It hereby made amendment in Schedule 1 Annex B of the said Regulation.
