BSE, in continuation of earlier Circulars in connection with mandatory filing of  information with the Exchange in electronic mode like SHP, Corporate Governance Report, Voting Results & Financial Results in XBRL mode, vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/05/2017-18 on Wednesday, 14^th June, 2017, has decided to do filing of Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Regulation 55A of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996 in XBRL Mode only along with the submission of the original Share Capital Audit Report in PDF mode w.e.f. 1^st July, 2017.
