BSE vide Circular no. DCS/COMP/28/2016-17 on Thursday, 30th March, 2017 with regard to mandatory filing of information with the Exchange in electronic mode, it had previously mandated filing of SHP, Corporate Governance Report and Voting Results in XBRL mode. Accordingly, it has now been decided that all listed entities with BSE (except for insurance companies) are required filing of Financial Results under Regulation 33 & 52 of LODR in XBRL Mode only within 24 hours of submission of results in PDF mode w.e.f. 1st April, 2017 and hence filing in any other mode will not be considered as submission and may attract penalties.
Further, for the above purpose, the Excel Utility for filing financial results in XBRL mode made available for download in the Listing Centre portal from 3rd April, 2017.
