NSE vide Circular No. NSE/CML/2017/08 on Thursday, April 27, 2017 in reference to “Filing of Information on Electronic Platform”, the Exchange has introduced seamless announcement filing mechanism on NEAPS under which announcements shall be disseminated directly on the website of the Exchange without the intervention of the Exchange. Hence, it is advised to the Listed entities to exercise due care while filing the announcement, as they shall be solely answerable for the announcement.

This system will be in effect from May 03, 2017.
