Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015; deals with continuous disclosure of information relating to material events by Listed entities to Stock Exchanges.

SEBI with the objective of providing timely, adequate and accurate information to the stakeholders and maintain uniformity of information of such disclosure; issued a guidelines to be followed by listed entities in this behalf.
