SEBI on Wednesday 16th September, 2015 upon representations received from various Stakeholders issued revised formats of:
Form A: Initial Disclosure by the Company
Form B: Disclosure on becoming Director/KMP/Promoter
Form C: Continual Disclosure
Form D: Transactions by other Connected Persons as identified by the Company (indicative format)
In the revised formats SEBI included disclosures with regards to derivative trading & Futures & Options..
