SEBI vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/GSD/T&A/CIR/P/2017/42 on Tuesday, 16th May, 2017 subsequent to notification of SEBI (Payment of Fees and Mode of Payment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 on 6th March, 2017 to enable digital mode of payment, SEBI has been receiving direct credit of amounts from various intermediaries / other entities. Thus, to identify and account such direct credit, it has been directed that after payment is made, the information in the prescribed format should be e-mailed to the respective department(s) as well as to Treasury & Accounts division at tad@sebi.gov.in.
