SEBI on 21st January, 2016, issued a Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/031, the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009

Thereby inserting the clause  (9) in schedule X – Facilities Or Services Included In The Term “Infrastructure Sector” (9) “services provided by recognised stock exchanges and registered depositories, in relation to securities;”

Items (9) and (10) shall be renumbered as item (10) and (11) respectively;
