SEBI vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/036 dated 17/02/2016 issued the Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2016, Thereby inserting “Chapter VI-A conditions and manner of providing exit opportunity to dissenting shareholders” in terms of section 13(8) and section 27(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
