SEBI on 14th August 2015 issued a Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/008 thereby amending the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 vide the fourth amendment regulations.

Vide the above amendment SEBI brought about changes in the Listing of Institutional Trading Platform.
