SEBI vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/13 on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018 has issued
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2018 to amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 wherein, in Schedule I, in clause (1), after the words “listed entity either directly” and before the words “or through their Registrar”, the words “or through the depositories” shall be inserted.
