MCA Vide Notification No. G.S.R.__(E) on Monday, 10th September, 2018 has issued Companies(Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Third Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 wherein; After rule 9, the Rule 9A shall be inserted which pertains to Issue of securities in dematerialized form by unlisted public companies. These Rules shall come into force on 2nd Day of October, 2018.
