MCA vide Notice dt. 19th April, 2017, stated that e-forms CHG-1 & CHG-9 are being revised w.e.f. 22nd April, 2017 on MCA21 Forms page, wherein if the ‘Type of Charge’ is ‘immovable property or any interest therein’, then the location parameters (Latitude and Longitude) shall be mandatory to be filled.
