MCA on Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 2015 issued the third amendment of the year to the Management and Administration Rules, bring about the much needed changes in the e-form for filling Annual Return of a Company i.e. Form MGT-7.

One of the major relief for all the practicing professionals certifying the forms is the change in the wordings of Point No. XI relating to compliances and disclosures made by the company, which earlier was open ended as it did not describe compliances under which legislation, the same has now been changed to restrict the compliance and disclosures under the Companies Act, 2013 (as are applicable to a particular company).
