MCA vide Notice on Sunday, 15^th January, 2017 stated that Revised Form INC-7 has been made available on MCA Portal w.e.f. 15^th January, 2017 for incorporation of Part I Companies and Companies with more than 7 subscribers. It is also clarified that for incorporation of OPCs and Companies with upto 7 subscribers, only Form SPICe (INC-32) should be used.
