MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. ………(E) on Wednesday, 5th July, 2017, has notified the National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2017 which shall come into force on the date of publication in Official Gazette.
Vide said notification a new “Rule 87A – Appeal or application under sub-section (1) and sub-section (3) of section 252” has been inserted.
