MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R….(E) on Wednesday, 27th July, 2016, has notified the Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2016 by which existing rules (6), (8) and (13) has been amended which shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
Further, in principal rules, Annexure for Form AOC-1 & AOC-4 has been revised.
