MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R….(E) on Wednesday, 27th July, 2016, has notified the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2016 by which existing rules (3), (8), (13), (16), (26), (28), (29) and (30) has been amended and a new Rule 37-Conversion of unlimited liability company into a limited liability company by shares or guarantee has been inserted.
Further; Form INC-10 has been omitted, Form INC-11 substituted with revised Form INC-11& INC-11A and Form INC-27 substituted with revised Form INC-27 & INC-27A. These shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
