MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R….(E) on Wednesday, 27th July, 2016, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 435(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 with the concurrence of the Chief justice of the High Court of Delhi, designates “Court of Additional Sessions Judge-03, South- West District, Dwarka” as Special Court for speedy trial of offences under the Act which shall have jurisdiction as Special Court of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
