No application was allowed to be filed for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against a corporate debtor for any default arising on or after 25^th March, 2020 for a period of Six months i.e. 25^th September, 2020. Vide notification no. S.O. 3265(E) on 24/09/2020, MCA has extended this time period for further 3 months from 25^th September, 2020 i.e. till 25^th December, 2020.
