MCA vide Notification No.G.S.R.__(E) on Wednesday, 13th June, 2018 has notified the Companies (Management and Administration) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 wherein:
- rule 13 shall be omitted;
- in rule 15, the sub-rule(6), shall be omitted;
- in rule 18, in sub-rule (3), Explanation after clause (ix), shall be omitted;
- in rule 22, proviso in sub-rule (16) shall be substituted;
- the “Form No.MGT-10” shall be omitted.
