MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R.__(E) on Monday, 18th June, 2018 has issued Companies (Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2018 in Consultation with National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards to amend the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006 wherein, in the ‘ANNEXURE’ under the heading “ACCOUNTING STANDARDS” under “Accounting Standards (AS) 11”, paragraph 32 shall be substituted.
