Please note that the requirement under section 73(2)(c) of CA 2013 to create the DRR of 20% of deposits maturing and under rule 18 of the Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules, 2014 to invest or deposit at least 15% of amount of debentures maturing during the financial year 2020-21 that is to be complied before 30th April, 2020 was extended to comply with till 30th June, 2020 vide Circular No. 11 dated 24th March 2020. However, MCA has issued Circular No. 24 dated 19th June, 2020 which has further extended the date to comply with the above requirement till 30th September, 2020.
