RBI vide notification no. FEMA.369/2017-RB on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017, has amended the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Any Foreign Security) Regulations 2004 (“Principal Regulations) by issuing Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of any Foreign Security) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017. The said Amendment Regulations which shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette, i.e – G.S.R.No. 1386(E) dated 14th November, 2017.
